Will i get arrested for doing this?

Me and my cousins were in a swimming pool and this girl tried pushing me in. so i defended my self and push her in. Now heres my cousin magen hurt/drowning in the water because evie landed on her. We were on facebook (the swimming pool thing happen like 2 months ago) Now me and my cousins went on FACEBOOK and were writing her things like Quit denying everything. Your gonna get in trouble for what you did, **** you *****, Your ugly no one likes you. Can we get in trouble for this because her dad called the cops.
