Question for muslims?

In north sudan resides a group of militants known as the jinjaweed who have been responsible for the majority of the darfur genocide in south sudan. They slaughter pagans and christians and any nubians they find now my question is according to the koran are they doing the will of Allah by destroying and by force converting infidels?
