In the movie Thirteen....(released in 2003)?

in the movie Thirteen there is a scene where Tracy and Evie are speaking in a secret language right before they ask Tracys mother if Evie can move in. What is the secret language.. I believe was the same language that Lizzie McGuire used with Miranda in the show Lizzie McGuire.
