I'm confused..... I read twice that pretty quinceanera dresses is a scam. Now EVIE say that it's not...?

they have gorgeous dresses. i never got anything from there cuz i ended up not having a party but i emailed them some questions and they answered it within a few days. email them and ask for a number so you can talk to someone on the phone. good luck
