Do Christians who oppose abortion ever stop to think about the fact in the bibles their god kills children?

He slaughters them numerous times. In the flood, in Sodom and Gomorrah, in Egypt, he kills King davids child for his 'sins', and he orders his people on numerous occasions to commit mass genocide and infanticide. How could Christians than turn around and oppose abortion, or any form of killing, on the bases that they think killing is wrong? If they're god is 'perfect' than he couldn't do something bad. Yet he kills, The only conclusions then are either he's not perfect or killing is not wrong. Which is it Christians?
