Can an animal protection worker specialize in protecting livestock?

Can an animal protection worker specialize in protecting livestock and livestock only? I want to be an animal protection worker who goes out and gets samples of the livestock's drinking water,urine blood etc and able to improve their living conditions and possibly remove them from their current home and shut down faculties that don't treat them well like a farm or a slaughter house. but I'm only interested in helping and improving conditions for the livestock of other animals. I do want to help them but all the attention seems to be on cats and dogs etc and not on the livestock that provides us with food.
